"Teaching children to wash their noses is as important as teaching them to brush their teeth. In most communities, the exposure to allergens, irritants, smoke and other pollutants represents a significant health hazard. My job as a primary care physician would be much easier if my patients learned at an early age how to keep their noses clear of these hazards. I've had my best success with the Nasopure system because it is kid friendly, safe, and so easy to use. Kids are so proud when they learn how to make the water flow from one side to the other! They make my job fun."

“I use Nasopure with my patients because it combines this natural therapy with a modern design that is convenient and easy to use.
My patients get great relief from washing out their sinuses, and Nasopure is the most convenient and user friendly way to do it. This system is very effective in assisting the sinuses in clearing out pollens, dust and other allergens. I use Nasopure with my allergy patients because it is a safe and simple way to assist in removal of allergens while decreasing inflammation of the sinus membranes."

“Your product has been well received by our patients. With these last few weeks of cold and flu season and the start of spring, I have been recommending Nasopure washes to my patients.

I have them view a DVD on Nasopure going over the reasons one should rinse their nose; in addition the DVD shows how one uses the product. So far, most of my patients feel the nasal rinses have helped their symptoms, whether or not they are suffering from a cold or allergies or both.”

" Nasal irrigation has been used for many years at the UCSD Nasal Dysfunction Clinic. It is used for children with cystic fibrosis, for adults with allergic rhinitis and sinusitis and for older adults with atrophic or aging rhinitis. Just as tooth brushing cleans and refreshes the mouth, nasal irrigation cleans and refreshes the nose. While not for everyone, many find it makes them healthier and feel better."

“I am so excited and pleased to recommend Nasopure hypertonic nasal saline rinse.  This is a product that has given relief to hundreds of sinus and allergy sufferers.  Although patients have always had the option of obtaining the basic ingredients and mixing up the rinse on their own, many found it to be too time consuming of an effort to get all the ingredients together.  Now, with everything packaged and ready to go, patients can very easily be compliant with this safe, pure, gentle and effective treatment.”

“One of the nose’s major tasks is to filter the air before it enters the lung. Dust, smoke, danders, micro-organisms and pollens contaminate the air at times and the small particles are caught by the mucus of the nose. Many of these are quite irritating to the nose. The nose normally protects itself with a mucus blanket that is moved by microscopic hair tipped cells to the back of the nose where it is swallowed and the stomach juices are fairly effective in destroying these agents. When the nose is inflamed, it is not able to remove the noxious agents and inflammation worsens the longer they remain in the nose.

Nasal irrigation with saline (salt water) is effective in removing these noxious agents. Nasal saline solutions are available to spray as a mist which moisturizes the nose, but I believe that  large volume irrigation is required to remove the harmful agents from the nose. One can purchase all the components and make the solutions themselves, but Dr. Hana’s pre-packaged buffered mixture is accurate, convenient and inexpensive. The individual packets and custom designed bottle make accurate and fuss free application quite simple. The supplied instructions are easily understood for proper irrigation. I have personally used the system and believe that it is effective and convenient. It removes the irritating mucus and decongests the nose. I have known Dr. Hana Solomon personally during her training and professionally. She is a competent and compassionate physician who is motivated to supply the Nasopure Nasal Wash as a service to her patients and the many others who need a convenient and portable method for use in any situation.”

“The management of persistent rhinosinusitus includes environmental control, pharmacotherapy and consideration of desensitization. Swollen mucus membranes and excessive production of thick mucoid secretions frequently lead to nasal congestion, post-nasal drainage with throat irritation, and headaches. Symptom relief from medications may be enhanced by the concurrent use of nasal lavage. Saline irrigation has been shown to reduce nasal obstruction and associated symptoms of rhinosinusitis by decreasing nasal blood flow, shrinking edematous tissues and clearing thickened mucus. Buffered hypertonic saline is an ideal lavage fluid to provide these beneficial effects and restore normal functioning to the sinonasal passages.

Dr. Hana’s Nasopure Nasal Wash System is a safe and convenient way to accomplish effective nasal lavage with physiologically appropriate irrigation. This technique may be beneficial for reducing symptoms associated with hay fever, allergic rhinitis, acute and chronic sinusitus, vasomotor rhinitis and other rhinopathies associated with pregnancy, old age or normal hormonal deficiencies. I confidently endorse Dr. Hana’s Nasopure Nasal Wash System as part of an overall management of various nasal and sinus disorders.”

“Buffered hypertonic saline nasal rinse is a safe and simple way to help chronic sinusitis. Its use may cut down the need for antibiotics and other medicaments for the nose. Dr. Hana has now packaged it in a convenient form for use by children and adults.”

“I have confidence when I recommend Nasopure Nasal Wash for my patients. With all the ear, nose and throat issues that children experience, I am certain that simply washing the nasal lining has great benefits without risk. My patients quickly learn the simple technique and I find that they use fewer medications, experience both fewer symptoms and fewer infections. Nasopure has proven to be tolerable, safe, convenient and effective for my pediatric patients. Maintenance of nasal and sinus health with the modernized version of an ancient technique of nasal irrigation just makes sense.”

I am a general internist who not only sees a lot of patients with sinus problems and allergies, but who personally has allergies and sinus problems as well.  For years I have prescribed sinus rinse as a way to keep the sinuses healthy, but it was not until Dr. Hana came out with the Nasopure delivery system that I felt it was easy enough for patients (including myself) to keep using continuously. Even then, I must admit, I personally used it off and on (I call this falling off the wagon) until I realized continuous use meant less infections.  Since then, I rinse my sinuses at least once per day.  I keep my bottle near the shower so that I can’t miss it.  It has now become a routine for me and it has resulted in less sinus problems for me.  I recommend this to my patients and now I am pleasantly surprised that many are already using it.  The word is getting out!
