Getting started with Nasopure is Easy!

The Nasopure® Starter Kit is our most popular way to start washing your nose —  the all natural way. It comes with everything you need to wash your nose daily.

Each 8 oz. bottle can last up to 1 week. Most people use 1-2 oz. per day, but others prefer a fuller wash, espeically if one is congested. Once your nose is healthy and happy, you need use just enough to have the solution exit the opposite nostril. It is not necessary to maintain the flushing beyond a small amount exiting.

Although some of the effects of a clean nose are almost immediate, others become more pronounced with extended use. This “starter” period should be sufficient for you to begin experiencing most, if not all, of the benefits of a clean nose. For most folks, it takes 2-3 days to feel like a pro at washing.
