For over 20 years, I have taught my patients how to wash his or her nose clean, naturally. Since my focus has always been patient empowerment, education and prevention, washing just made sense to me. I have witnessed time and again, the effectiveness of nasal irrigation. Cleansing should be a first line of defense.
