Nasopure offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products we will refund your money within 14 days of order date. There is a $5.00 restocking fee per order. The customer is responsible for return shipping. A refund check will be sent out within 14 days of receipt of returned product.
