My next lecture on sinusitis is set up for next spring. However, for each new resident I go over my talk with them which includes nasal irrigation. By the way, fyi, my original nasopure bottle which I have used for at least 4 years finally sprung a leak. It had been to Australia and Thialand several times. So they do last! Dr Bob

I have a bad upper back so the idea of not having to hang and twist my head over the sink is appealing. And the spray method sounds more thorough to me than pouring water through. I learned from my Grandmother to fill my cupped hand and snort salt water when I felt a cold coming on. I’ve been doing it with tap water every day now for decades to stave off sinus infections that were chronic before I started doing that. Suspecting that there might be an easier way, I’m looking forward to trying Nasopure.Thanks,Dave, MA

I’ve had a real problem with "allergies" and constant nosebleeds. I finally went through allergy testing and they couldn’t find anything specific and just said I have rhinitis, which really doesn’t help. The allergist told me to try irrigation so I started Nasopure again I haven’t had a nosebleed since. I am loving being able to blow my nose or even sniffle a little without being afraid of getting another nosebleed – it was becoming embarrassing at work and even on the bus or anywhere at anytime.
