Hello,I was recently given a Nasopure bottle as a gift and I have never felt better. I absolutely LOVE it. I have the Nasopure system and I need to know how much solution do I use with each rinse? Thank you for your time. Sara, MO Thank you for your question. You can use as much or as little Nasopure solution as needed or as tolerated. For example, if you are using Nasopure for prevention, I suggest that you use just enough so that at least some solution exit the opposite nostril. If you are congested or filled with mucus, use 1/4 bottle per wash and use twice per day. If infection is present, use more solution and up to three times per day. Use enough wash to remove the mucus. Allow the excess solution to drain out. Then GENTLY blow your nose. You will feel clean, open and able to breathe better.You can not be harmed by using too much solution but wasting is not necessary. Great product! I’ve been using a Netipot for years – it took me about six times before I got the technique correct. Your system is so much easier – worked like a charm the first time. Because it is easier to use, I use it more often. The salt packets are good for traveling and people who don’t want to bother measuring. It’s very effective in cleaning my nasal cavities and just amazing that my running noze symptons are gone. I feel that many people here can benefit from Nasopure.
