Breathing Without The Medication

January 21st, 2008

Dr Hana, This allergy season was really taking it’s toll on me. Every morning I couldn’t breath and I was taking Claritan-D which dried me out something awful. I purchased your product and cannot believe the difference. This was fantastic. I have since been raving about it to anyone and everyone I know and don’t know with allergies. Thank you for saving me from my very dry Claritin days. Sincerely, Linda B, Chicago

Dear Dr. Hana,
I am a believer of your Nasopure product as I have had intense sinus issues since I have been a child and have not found a solution as of yet. When I heard about your product, I immediately ordered it. MarySue, TX

Washing The Cold Out

January 21st, 2008

I have a question - Can a vigorous program of nasal irrigation keep viruses from getting a hold.  It seems I have one constant cold/sinus infection/sore throat from November through March, no matter how often I wash my hands.  I teach music, so the kids are always opening their mouth to breath and sing? Thanks in advance!  Julie M. ID

Dr Hana’s answer:

There are several studies looking at just that. Each one supports those who wash daily get sick less often.

It makes sense that washing the filter (the nose) at least 2 times per day will reduce the viral particles from invading the mucosa. I suggest, washing in the morning and again right after your school day ends. This will remove any particles BEFORE they have the opportunity to invade. Also, use the stronger mixture for effectiveness. Dr Hana
