Posted in Questions and Answers | 12 Year OLd Washes His allergies AwayMarch 24th, 2010Hi, Dr. Hana. I used the videos to help acclimate my twelve year old to your products. They were very helpful, thank you. Each member of our family suffers from different seasonal allergies (among a host of other allergies) and no one else would even consider the neti pot that I had used with great success in the past. I did an online search for nasal irrigation systems and salt sprays in order to find an alternative. Your system appeared hygienic and easy to use (especially with the pre-measured salt packets) so my youngest son and I watched some videos and decided to give it a try. It was really important for us to find something for him; in addition to being allergic he is also highly sensitive to allergy meds. Luckily he hasn’t needed any since using your nasal irrigation system! I have forwarded your BeWell Health updates to our friends and family in hopes that they, too, will consider using your products. We really do love them (and we appreciate your business practice of hiring folks via CMSE – what a great model!) Lynn Posted in Questions and Answers | Neti Process Made EasyMarch 21st, 2010
Posted in Questions and Answers | Cold ResolvesMarch 21st, 2010Dr. Hana, I am currently suffering from a headcold, which I received from a rescent plane trip. So today, first day back, I started using my Nasopure and feel relief. I have been using it about every 4 hours or so, just to clean things out. Last time I had a headcold, about 3 year ago, the Nasopure truly helped in recovering quicker than thought of! Posted in Questions and Answers | My Chemistry ProfessorMarch 2nd, 2010I want you to know that your story is inspirational: returning to school as an adult with several children, going to medical school as a single mother, becoming a board certified pediatrician, raising four healthy successful children, and then leaving/choosing a new path as a medical entrepreneur devoted to preventive medicine, meanwhile being involved in your community, finding time to serve this community. Your recent award was well deserved! Your thoughts and views deserve to be heard. You are a role model to women - and men - with a dream, who do it their way, despite the obstacles and all the time making others better. One of my favorite memories in Columbia is of you teaching the other students at Stephens on the blackboard at lunchtime. Your life has been like this, quietly serving others with little fuss and a great deal of determination. - and I gather you have passed this on to your children, two of whom are now entering medical professions. As your former professor and your current friend, I am proud of you. Sincerely, Carol Greenspan, PhD Posted in Questions and Answers | |
